How To

1. Make sure the device is unplugged. Adjust the cap if needed.

2. Press the battery’s power button to turn it on. The indicator light turns solid blue and the red light therapy will start and stop automatically after 10mins.

3. We recommend a daily treatment for 10 minutes for 12 consecutive weeks. Follow up with a routine of 10 mins treatments 3-4 times a week.

4. When the battery is low, or during charging a white indicator light flashes. When the battery is fully charge the indicator light turns solid blue.

Note: The lithium-ion battery last about 60mins and charges in 4 hours. To avoid damaging the battery use a 5v charger.
