How To

1. Take one dose daily at a set time.

2. Make sure the measuring spoon is completely dry before measuring.

3. Mix one 5g spoonful with 175ml of water, fruit juice or yoghurt.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose.
